"Evening [Member Name Removed], Very sorry that you have had issues with phone calls. It is company policy that if a current or past customer calls into the office and asks not to be call. They need not even have a reason, they are removed from it. We also know that the time we call our customers for their annual inspections will not always work for everyone. But after being in business for 37 plus years we know that the best time to reach our customers is between 4pm and 8pm. 80% of our customers work during the day and it is the best window to reach them. It is also company policy that we call our customers on a 10 month cycle. Unless we came out the year before then it is once a year. So if a person does not do an annual inspection then they are printed to be called every 10-months. Now we will call 7 times over a 2 week period and if the customer answers and says not interested this year. We don't call for another 10-months. If after 7 calls we don't reach them, we stop for 10 more months. There is absolutely no reason to call a person more than that. Anyway, please except our apologies for your troubles.
