"Explained what was needed to be done. Arrived on time. Fast and efficient. removed all old insulation in attic-, sanitized and installed new insulation."

"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

"Great quality work, paid attention to every detail; from laying down plastic to corner guards to cleaning up every last piece of insulation on the ground outside. The owner and his crew, who were his father and family friends were very professional and kind. The best owner and operator business that I would recommend to the next person in line."

"I had a fantastic experience with California Attic and Build! From start to finish, Dan and Ben were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain the entire process and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and their friendly attitude made the project enjoyable. I highly recommend California Attic and Build, especially if you get the chance to work with Dan and Ben—they truly go above and beyond!"

"The guys did a great job, cleaning up the old insulation and then reinstalling new insulation. They were professional and cleaned up after. I would recommend them."

"Tyler asked questions and listened to our answers to help us choose the insulation options that made sense for our home. The 3 workers prepared the area to protect our floors and doorways from any damage before they started work. Everyone was professional. Even though they put in a long day everything was cleaned up thoroughly before they left."

"I worked with Lars Larssen to update my old package unit, Lars was very upfront and honest with me and I appreciated that.  Lars coordinated the removal and install of the new unit with a separate roofing company to allow installation of insulation and a new roof at the same time.  Everything went smoothly and the new unit and additional attic insulation helped make the hot summer of 2015 bearable without jacking up my utility bill too much.  I would love to install a solar system with them, but the cost is not justified by the size of my utility bill and I don't have the resources to pay for it out of pocket yet.

"Hired this company for a spray foam project. They were super affordable and best of all super knowledgeable in the spray foam industry I was over the fence about applying polyurethane foam to my house because of all the bad stories you read online.
