"Enrique Pelayos did a great job refurbishing our cat tower. We've had the tall tower for years and its like a family heirloom for all our cats. The job was more difficult because we wanted a high-traffic, tough to shred, carpet put on it. Enrique did a beautiful job and it looks like it is brand new. The customer service "expert" couldn't understand the unusual needs for my project and kept saying I could not do what was required. I finally asked him what he would do if he was on a desert island with no "parts kits" to choose from and had to fix the problem. His eyes glazed over... He was lost. Standing nearby was a fellow who offered his thoughts. He LISTENED to the conundrum I was facing and using creative problem solving he recommended a solution. He communicated his thoughts process clearly and his solution worked perfectly. I was impressed. That fellow was Diego. Diego is kind, helpful, thoughtful and easygoing. His kindness was refreshing and I liked his out of the box thinking. He is licensed, insured and reasonably priced. After having a terrible experience with another general contractor recently I was delighted to make his acquaintance and will be calling him shortly to do several projects. "
