The customer service "expert" couldn't understand the unusual needs for my project and kept saying I could not do what was required. I finally asked him what he would do if he was on a desert island with no "parts kits" to choose from and had to fix the problem. His eyes glazed over... He was lost. Standing nearby was a fellow who offered his thoughts. He LISTENED to the conundrum I was facing and using creative problem solving he recommended a solution. He communicated his thoughts process clearly and his solution worked perfectly. I was impressed. That fellow was Diego. Diego is kind, helpful, thoughtful and easygoing. His kindness was refreshing and I liked his out of the box thinking. He is licensed, insured and reasonably priced.
