Company has horrible communication. I called in a roof leak, was told that Reggie would call me to do the repairs. Two days went by with rain in forecast and never received a call. Finally called back to company and got Reggie's number. He tells me that he cannot come for a week and repairs...

I will DEFINITELY use them in the Fall to service the heater!!!"
