I called AC Appliance Repair on a Friday, around 11:00 in the morning, regarding my refrigerator, which had stopped working entirely. It was late enough in the day, I was really worried that I would have to wait until Monday to have a technician out, and was resigned to having to toss out a lot of food. Much to my surprise, I had a serviceman out by 3:00 p.m., and he had the job done by 4:00! I felt the price was reasonable to boot! I would highly recommend this company, and use them again.

The water had been shut off to the dishwasher. He turned it back on. Problem solved

Derrick did a great job. He was friendly and professional. He immediately diagnosed the problem, quickly fixed it, and thoroughly cleaned the dryer while he had it apart. It probably hadn't been cleaned in years. He also thoroughly explained the issue and recommended a minor repair that will make the dryer run more efficiently. Great work.

Great service

Derek came on time and he proceeded with diagnosing the issue. Luckily, he had the parts on the truck so he was able to repair and finish in a very short amount of time. He was very kind and personable, and knew exactly what he was doing.

Service man did diagnostic on my washing machine and did a very good job. Would definitely call them again for other repairs.

The way they do business seems to be solely set up to get the most profit possible for them from your job. If you want a thoughtful approach that will get a job done without paying a ton, and without taking a long time, dont use them...and watch out for scare tactics.

We had them come out on 5/26 an d was assured the parts would be ordered for our dryer. Paid my $75 fee, time went by, I called at the end of June and was assured the parts would be in 7/4 to 7/8, the delay was due to COVID. I called today, 7/16, the guy hung up on me and then blocked my number. My husband called back and the gentleman was combative and told my husband to take it up with our insurance Old Republic! Told my husband he wasnt allowing him to speak when that wasnt the case. Beware of them, and their customer service. The technician that originally came out didnt do anything, yet took our Money, will also be reporting to the BBB!

Had already scheduled a Monday appointment with another company when Anthony contacted me mid-afternoon on Thursday. I was not happy about waiting til Monday to have my dryer checked out. He told me he could have a technician at my house Friday morning! Naturally, I jumped at that. Derek called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival, first thing this morning. He was polite, professional, and extremely efficient! Pleasant to talk with and did not seem to mind me "hoovering' to see what was going on. He very quickly identified then fixed the issue (no heat). Wonderful customer service and very, very reasonably priced. Derek did the preventative maintenance on my Samsung dryer while he had it all open. I very highly recommend this company...I couldn't be happier with their communication and quality of work! Hire them!

They are honest. They don't provide a service that they don't think you need. They will ask if you how you want to proceed. This is a company that you can rely on.

To me, the problem with my refrigerator was tricky to fix, but they knew what they were doing. The part took two weeks to arrive because of the current situation, but when it did arrive, they immediately set up an appointment to get it installed. I am happy with their service.
