Julian Gomez Painting-Unlicensed Contractor

I hired Julian to paint my rental 3 years ago. Since then in addition to painting he has done flooring, electrical, plumbing and my remodels. I donâ t need to get quotes anymore, I just call Julian as I know he is reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend you hire Julian for any painting or handyman work.

Julian has been my painter for 8 years. He has painted almost all of my interior rooms by now, my exterior walls, my wooden balcony and railings, front door and side door plus trim and has even stained my wooden garage door. He is exceptionally thorough in his prep and completion of the job, always on time and works until the moment he leaves. He is a pleasure to be around because he has such a kind and easy going manner. My house is 1940s ranch that has molding and trim throughout (which heâ s also done). Heâ s also had to contend with patching and old silk wall paper on a large living room which had been painted over many times over the decades â I had him paint over it too and it looks great. I never hire another painter, donâ t even bother getting estimates because his bids and work are so thorough and excellent. Many of my neighbors use him now too. Affordable, excellent, honest and personable! What else can you ask for?
