He explained everything thoroughy and the options and potential outcomes depending on the repair solution chosen. Scott went above and beyond by doing a few things extra to make the outcome of my projet perfect and to help me appreciate the end results. I had a newly remodeled bathroom which the original contractor and his crew were not skilled at their craft even though they cam highly recommended by someone who had just used them. Scott had to repair and repaint the entire bathroom and try to camoflage the bad texture and paint job that was done. And on the other side of the shower wall in the bedroom there were 12 nails which popped out of the wall due to the banging the crew did when remodeling my bathroom. Scott repaired and repainted the bedroom wall and it looks amazing! I am so HAPPY! Thank you Scott! "
