The performed the following: power wash exterior, scrape, caulk split wood, fill cracks in stucco and patch, spackle holes in wood fascia board, prime everything. Apply paint to full exterior of house (including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames. Applied elastomer coating to roof of sun room. They exceeded our expectations on every phase of the project.
