"Eglio and his team fully exceeded my expectations. I wanted to make some improvements on my small apartment in San Francisco that included painting, patching, electrical and plumbing. "Mike and his crew were early for the job, careful with details, worked very cleanly and cleaned up well. The performed the following: power wash exterior, scrape, caulk split wood, fill cracks in stucco and patch, spackle holes in wood fascia board, prime everything. Apply paint to full exterior of house (including fascia boards, window frames, stucco body, siding, gutters, garage door, door shutters and frames. Applied elastomer coating to roof of sun room. They exceeded our expectations on every phase of the project. Mike carefully explained his bid and continued to answer our questions respectfully and in as much detail as we required from start to finish while painting our two-story home. Highly recommended!"

"Josh and Mark have painted most of the interior of my home over several stages due to my slow remodel advancement. I m a licensed general contractor and this is my personal home so i am very picky. They always keep a clean work area. They took the time to explain what they would do and how they would do it. They were professional at all times and very respectful of my time, my home and my property. The pricing was more than fair and they cleaned up the entire area when they were done. In particular, my front door takes a lot of abuse from the sun. Josh was very particular about the paint to be used and his prep work was second to none. It has been approximately 3 years since he painted it and it looks as good as new. Most recently they painted my kitchen, family room and entry hall. The work was completed yesterday and they did a fabulous job. The millwork paint looks great and the walls and ceiling are just what i wanted. Josh and Mark are a delight to work with."

"Flex Painting was incredibly professional and performed great work. Our home was in desperate need of stucco repair, window trim replacement, and paint and they were able to do that and more. After our kitchen contractors abandoned our window replacements, Flex paint stepped in and got the job done! Bayardo even stopped by for one last walk through after we were satisfied with the work just to touch up spots he was not personally satisfied with.
