"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. This could cause major problems with too high water pressure down the road with burst or leaking pipes. Look no further than Superior Plumbing for your plumbing needs!"

"Jose answered the phone right away (nice!). I told him of my issues - he said he can be there in 30 minutes. He showed up on time, he was very courteous, worked very quickly, left no mess and he wiped his feet when he came in. He told me why the problem was happening and I asked him if this is something I need to take care of right away. He said no need to worry right away but he can take care of it, if I wanted. Nice not to be pressured into something (like so many plumbers do to make big bucks, which is why I hate to call them). I was very pleased with his service and he was very appreciative for the business. I called 4 other companies (not on Angies list) and no one called me back. I will be calling Jose for any future plumbing needs and letting my friends know about him. FYI - he does not take credit cards, cash or check only."

"Went really well. The installer showed up and only had one of the two toilets. He called Mike who then immediately drove another toilet to our location to be installed. Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet."

Having them working on that, we have decided to go ahead and replace floors, added also an interior paint and install new lights in our kitchen, living room, bedrooms and hallway. "Our first flood flooded due to main pipe blockage and since it was in the middle of the night we went with another company that the plumber had suggested. We quickly felt uncomfortable working with that company as they were very secretive about pricing (saying that their prices differ depending on if the insurance is paying for it or if we're paying for it). We found Water Damage Recovery on Angie's list and it was night and day compared to the other company. They are super responsive and friendly (the Project Manager answers his cell phone and gets back to you right away). They were so transparent and upfront with all the costs. Their estimate was really close to what the true cost came out to be (+/- $100). The guys who came out to the house were extremely cordial and clean. They were able to make suggestions and give me sound advice without making me feel pressured to do anything. I appreciated that they knew I was pretty conservative in terms of what needed to be demo-ed and what we can salvage (without it being a future risk), and they worked around my concerns and gave me alternatives. Their billing department is super friendly as well and was extremely willing to work with me to understand the pricing.

"It was great. Nato and his crew are the best. Nato came to give a free estimate, talked to me about what I wanted, really listened to me, and then came up with a great plan at a very fair price. His crew started right away, and we were completely thrilled with the work, from the design of what they did to the installation of the plants and the cleanup. Every day on the job, the site was very nicely cleaned up. They were always on time (or early!) and Nato was very flexible with changing the plans and also the schedule when I wasn't able to be around as much as I thought. I highly recommend Zarco Landscaping -- it was the best experience I've ever had hiring a contractor."

"They did come out and do the work. Its been a year since I had them out I know I spent more, I had them do more work. They actually clean out and did a couple of faucets for me and they ended up breaking a counter top. And they had quite a time getting it resolved. They didn't want to pay for the, they broke a sink that's what they broke. The bathroom had two matching sinks and they couldn't match the sink and they didn't want to pay for two of them, they just wanted to do one and put an un matching sink in there. So I ended up paying for one sink, they paid for another and then they installed the faucets but it was not a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing."
