They clearly laid out in their proposal the work they would perform, the time to complete the project, and their payment schedule. A couple weeks before they started, they sent a designer to help us select our colors. We really appreciated having that input. Once the work started, our Crew Leader provided us with daily updates and was quick to address any concerns we had. The entire crew was professional and courteous. Our neighbors were also impressed by their professionalism. Most importantly, they did a really good job painting our house. The paint lines were straight, no runs in the paint, consistent coverage, and no accidental over spray onto surfaces that we didn't want painted.
