"I have had problems with a leak in the master shower, for 24 years. Several plumbers have supposedly fixed the problem, to no avail. Finally a diagnosis. All American send a plumber that actually went up into the ceiling and found the problem; a failure of the home builder to place a water sealant/silicone between the shower and the tile, during installation, allowing the water to slowly leak into the wall and ceiling below.
Although they did not do the repairs, which required a shower installation company, I am absolutely thrilled that the problem appears to be solved. The diagnosis itself was worth its weight in gold.

Mike's bid was higher than that of the leak detection company; however, Mike's company was far more responsive to our need for hot water and was there the next day. The lower bid came from a company that wanted us to wait 21 days(!) for them to repair it. Since we had an understanding insurance company, they were willing to pay the higher cost for our comfort and convenience. That's right! You read it correctly. An insurance company that looked beyond their bottom line to put our needs first."
