"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. "Was 1.5 hours late.. When I called him up he said "I'm in Woodland", CA. I live in Orangevale,Ca. He was quite angry that I called him. Sort of a blustery person. Installed the faucet in about one hour. He needed a new hose from his truck and charged me $15.00 for iit even though I had paid for two hours. So, in reality I was charged $150.00 an hour for the installation, plus bought the faucet myself and had to suffer a cranky person for that hour. Will not use him again.
