All island pro did a great job resurfacing our old deck! The company quickly sent a staff member over to help provide an estimate. The same person returned after my husband and I decided on the features we'd like for the deck. We got to review and discuss the proposal in person with the staff before a finalized contract was sent to us. The cost seemed reasonable. I was able to reach someone whenever I had questions. The crew finished the project promptly. Everyone I encountered from all island pro was friendly, professional and courteous. Overall a good experience.

We investigated several roofing companies before deciding on Allislandpro. We were very happy with the salesman, Tony. He explained in detail what all would be done and what options we had. He said it would take 3 days and it did. They scheduled us in a timely manner, showed up at 7:30 that morning, and did a great job. The installers worked tirelessly 8 hour days in the cold, wind, and near darkness to get the job done. We are so pleased with the roof and the professionalism of the company

From estimate to completion of job, it was a great experience, as the people who did the work were a great group. Any requests/concerns was handled with a "don't worry" and was taken care of. It does not matter how it looks now. The fact is that you broke your own iron-clad contract by charging me 50% more by taking off all of the shingles, dangerously exposing my home to the elements if I did not agree to your demands, and then first telling me that I needed 24 pieces of plywood at $100 A PIECE - for simple PLYWOOD??? You had me over a barrell where I had no choice but to comply. I could stop the checks, but I would never do that since I'm a gentleman, but unfortunately, you're not! Sometimes a businessman has to admit that he is wronging an honest customer and take a financial "loss" (which would never have been the case for you). I will never forget what you did to me! Shame on you!

Excellent work. We got an estimate on Saturday and they showed up to complete the work on Monday. They carried out all work expected and even spoke to our neighbours on either side about what they were doing. They cleaned and removed all roof debris from our property. Some moss debris from the roof landed in our neighbours garden so they cleaned that too.
