"I thought pool plumber did a pretty good job with this pump installation, up until the point I requested a receipt for the work done. The reason I asked them for a receipt was so I could turn my application in for a rebate.
First, I was put off, then, after a couple more requests - silence.
My question is: Why? This is the reason I give them a sub-standard review.

Had some trouble putting the bed back together but overall a fine job. Some damage to my items, but don't know where along the line that happened. It could have happened in transit.

Derrick quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a treatment plan. We had Derrick treat the trees as suggested. Wow!! The trees almost immediately responded favorably to the treatment. I've spoken to other tree "services" in the past and they invariably recommend to just chop down the tree. What a pleasant change!

what I mean by this is,he was right on and he knew what he was talking about,he gave us so many ideas. He also gave us two other bathroom designs as well. The workers were so polite and on time every day.  We never had to ask about anything. Reggie made sure everything was done right and on time.  What an experience I had. There was rain in the forecast, but Mardo, the head of the roofing crew, went out of his way to finish work on a Sunday so that I would not be subjected to Monday rain. The job has since been subjected to several rains and I have had no more leaks. Also, they gave me a 5 year warranty, and I would recommend this company to others that might need tile roof repairs."

"John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."
