Made a call to Eloy owner of "A Bee Solutions" early on a Saturday morning in February 2018 because a swarm of bees were present for a couple of days in one corner of my apartment building roof. Within 2-3 hours he was on the premises and ready to provide me with a solution. Eloy came with all the necessary equipment, including a two-story ladder, bee protection uniform and a great assuring attitude that he will be able to remove the bees. He explained bee behaviors in simple understandable terms. His cost was very reasonable and yes, as he stated the bees were gone in a couple of days. I appreciate vendors that have high standards and represent their profession well."

The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. An ant colony caused the ant problem in my backyard. When we tented for termites, everyone in CA has to at one time or another, they included an ant treatment because they knew ants arrive to eat the termite carcasses. My mosquito problem was because of my pond and besides the added mosquito fish, they suggested a hanging mosquito repellent that controlled the mosquitos. AMEN Pest Control is the best!"

"After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates."

I disturbed a major ant colony in my patio while planting flowers.  In spite of my attempts to be careful and not transfer ants inside through clothing or materials, the ants got into the adjacent kitchen.   I called my home pest control service and left a message.  When I was told that I might have to wait a while (possibly days) for the technician,  I searched Angie's List for other exterminators.   Unfortunately, it was the weekend which contributed to the difficulty in finding someone.  I called Lleonart Pest Control but  John, the owner, apologetically said he couldn't come that day because his truck was being serviced.  So I called another company which also couldn't come that day but gave me a home remedy to try.   So, I tried that, but the ants continued to increase and even got into the upstairs bathroom.  On Monday I called John again.  He tried to calm my panic over the phone and he came that day.  He told me that there were two different kinds of ants involved, and that the extermination process would require me and my husband to leave home for four hours.   He explained in detail what the process would entail.  His fee, including the seniors' discount, was $95.  He was so knowledgeable and personable and assuring.  ( He could see that I was freaked out.)  Before my husband and I returned home, I was trying to prepare myself for the sight of dead ants everywhere, but, instead, I saw none. John called me the next day to see how everything was, and I told him everything was great.  He said that I might see a few more ants before the problem was resolved.    However, I've seen none.   He checked with me again about two weeks after the problem to make sure everything was still OK.  I would highly recommend him to anyone.  In fact, we are going to drop our previous pest control service and hire Lleonart."
