"I thought pool plumber did a pretty good job with this pump installation, up until the point I requested a receipt for the work done. The reason I asked them for a receipt was so I could turn my application in for a rebate.
First, I was put off, then, after a couple more requests - silence.

Special recognition to crew leaders Eddie and Cesar.  Eddie took care of all the tree work and Cesar handled the concrete work.  Several of the trees that were removed were next to a swimming pool.   Eddie's crew made sure neither sawdust, branches or leaves fell into the pool.  They cleaned up after themselves and the yard looked great.   Cesar's crew had to do a large amount of excavating (by hand) to prepare the site for the concrete pad. Cesar consistently kept me informed about any changes regarding the layout of the concrete and placement of the natural gas and electrical lines. His suggestion were well thought out were later implemented into the plan.   The work site was picked-up and cleaned each day before the crew left.  I was pleasantly surprised  CA Arborist didn't revise their estimate after all the work that was required to remove the stump and root system of the coral tree.  It took Cesar's crew an extra day to completely remove the coral tree and grade the surrounding area.  Everyone I dealt with from CA Arborists were polite, professional, and easy to work with."

"Timeless Pools review Tom and Cindy did an amazing job with our backyard. We had an existing pool, so this was more complex than a new build. They were very willing to listen to our ideas but also made suggestions when their experience pointed them in a slightly different direction than we had initially envisioned. The planning phases were extremely fast, and they handled all the permitting with the city directly. We had their cell phone numbers and they kept us in the loop constantly during the entire process. During the initial faces, we selected coping and tile, and Tom was present to give us some guidance on cost and additional options. Once we started construction, everything was very transparent. They were willing to work around any scheduling issues we had and we got to know the workers that were at our site. Having consistent teams made my wife more comfortable as we had a number of days when she was alone with our two young kids, and seeing the same people Was reassuring We built during early 2023, and the massive rains made for a number of days where workers came and re-excavated from runoff or placed and removed tarps to prevent excessive erosion. This was all done with an eye on the weather and they were prepared for everything Mother Nature threw our way that winter. As we moved into finishing, they kept us informed of every step and the timing to expect. Once we filled the oool, they focused on the pool deck and made sure that every seam and joint was up to the standards. After a couple months of use, they re-connected with us and checked on any details we may have missed during the construction and finishing processes. I give their entire team an enthusiastic 5-stars. They probably won’t be the cheapest bid, but there were clear expectations and there were zero “extras” once we had all the materials selected. At no point did we feel like they were sneaky or trying to charge us for something unexpected. Our pool is beautiful, everything works exactly as expected and we have had endless compliments from everyone that has come to enjoy it. From the first visit with the sales person to the last people who did the installation we found them to be true to their word and

extremely capable , trustworthy and true to their word.  The Job was completed in

a li8ttle more than two hours and we are extremely satisfied with the finished job.  We would highly recommend them.

7/13/15:  I have worked out an arrangement with the company and at this point harbor no ill will towards them.

While we had multiple issues with ESI (not showing when scheduled, workers drinking alcohol on the job, substandard work which had to be redone), when the remodel was completed we thought we had a pretty nice looking kitchen.  Then, as months passed, we started noticing a lot of grease spots accumulating on the cabinet above the microwave.  When we hired another contractor for a bathroom remodel, we asked him to take a look at this cabinet issue.  He found that the ventilation kit had not been attached to the microwave nor to the air ducting of the house so the grease had no where to go.  Additionally, our contractor found the following issues from the ESI remodel:

*romax sticking out of the wall going directly into the bottom of a cabinet into a non-gain box

*electrical socket behind dishwasher was non GFI protected and had no cover plate so exposed to water

*4 GFI's, way to many for our kitchen area, were tied into one line.

Bottom line:  our contractor said the work had created a major safety issue which could result in a fire or electrocution.
