Green Bee handled our home remodel and we are so happy with the results! Matthew and the whole team did a wonderful job. They were very communicative and detail-oriented. The crew was incredibly hard-working and showed up in all kinds of weather - from blazing sun to freezing cold. They always listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and they had a very high quality standards. Matthew Sutherland will not take responsibility for errors, poor quality, or faulty workmanship. Take extreme caution when signing a contract with Matthew that only covers a 1-year warranty for defective work or poor workmanship. Matthew and his crew added a new bathroom in my 1930s house in Grass Valley. Lots of structural challenges which they worked through easily. Or at least they made it look easy. Very professional crew and subs with high standards for quality. The project cost more than I expected but I think that s par for the course in home projects and Matthew communicated changes timely and clearly. I did some work myself which I appreciated Matthews willingness and support of my participation in the project. Overall very happy with my new bathroom!

Mathew Sutherland is a reliable contractor who can be trusted to do the best job for you. He is honest and we felt he truly wanted us to be totally satisfied with the job. He worked closely with us every step of the way on a master bath remodel. We are very pleased with the outcome.
