"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. For 10k that's pretty insane. Took about 3 months to receive as is built plans. I'm still getting charged 2k for whatever work they supposedly done. Work that was done after I cut ties with the firm. Save your time and money. This firm has several drafters that get cost up. I had an easy design and things were complicated since day in. There initial "prelim" scan software is garbage. Several things were not caught on the scan meaning drafters had to correct. Meaning time is invested then charged to you as the customer. Turn around time for modifications is pretty bad. Save your time and money and go else where. Been in business for about twenty + years and I've never had a bad experience with a "professional.""

While you might think that architects only draw blueprints for buildings, they are much more involved in the overall construction process than you might realize. While they aren’t the ones swinging the hammers, architects do the following:
Communicate with the homeowner on the project request, including assistance when exact plans aren’t known
