He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same).
