He arrived at the promised time, put on shoe covers to enter our house without us having to ask him, was pleasant, thoroughly explained the job, and gave us a reasonable price to replace the panes. We appreciated that he was so flexible scheduling the repairs. We split the job up into several stages to coordinate our painting the rooms and installing new window blinds. For each stage, he arrived on time, replaced the panes, and was very neat and clean throughout the entire process. We also had Bob install a new sliding screen door off of our kitchen. He additionally replaced the springs on a few of our hard-to-raise windows. If any further windows need replacing, we will definitely use this company."
