Let me just start by saying that working with Top Line has been AMAAAAZING. If you are in search for a 5 star construction team, then look no further because Luis and his team has got you. I knew nothing about construction/remodeling prior to this project but I did have a bad experience with another contractor who basically robbed me for my money and in telling people about my story, it seems to be a common thing with contractors so please be careful who you choose. After that horrible experience, I contacted Top Line.. got an immediate response and man… Luis really saved the day. From the very beginning he’s been so helpful willing to work with my budget and get my project going as soon as possible. He knows his stuff and makes proper suggestions where needed and has been so patient in dealing with my landlord who can be quite particular.. The whole team was amazing. Eddy told me the project would be done in just a few weeks and they really got it all done in just a month. We remodeled an old insurance office into a salon studio. Amazing. I really enjoyed working with them all. I’ll quite miss them actually :’) They were always punctual and cleaned up well at the end of each day. Customer service as well as quality of work A++ I would definitely hire them again and would recommend to everyone. I can’t thank this team enough. Stop shopping around and book them now!!!

As a Realtor I interact with service professionals of varying quality all the time and Top Line are the very best. They are so good that I’ve used them on two major projects for myself. Topline Remodeling is absolutely amazing!! Do yourself a favor and stop searching... hire them! My husband and I have hired them for our second whole house remodeling project now and we're blown away once again by their awesome work. If we ever make our dream of flipping houses happen, they are our guys. The turn-around time for your estimate is quick and they always have great ideas, the guys show up on time everyday, the work area is cleaned up at the end of each work day, if not left cleaner than before. Everyone is very respectful and so sweet to our toddler as they all have families own. They understand the importance of not just a beautiful house, but a safe one. The guys all have a great work ethic and you can tell they really enjoy what they do! The prices are very reasonable, no one cuts corners, and they work full days. I am always amazed by what they accomplish in one day, especially compared to other experiences we had in the past before meeting them. Everyone is so helpful and always there with a text or call for any questions or project changes my husband or I threw in. My family is excited as we approach the move-in date to our new home, but are sad to see Topline go, as they have become like family. Well managed team, where things run smooth and you are well- cared for. They set a high bar for contractors and we will never look back as no one compares. Hire them! I met with several contractors and ultimately selected Top Line Remodeling to do a complete remodeling of a kitchen and three bathrooms for my home in San Mateo. They provided a very fair estimate and started the project on time. Luis and his crew were very professional and kept the areas clean even though there was major demolition. Luis also provided contacts for my roofing project. I would definitely recommend Top Line for any remodeling work.

The crew were really phenomenal. They listened and understood what we needed and offered excellent ideas about how to improve the space that we hadn't thought of. They turned around an estimate quickly. They got the work done efficiently and stayed on budget and on time. They were very reasonable about some small extras we added during the project. We really can't say enough nice things about them. Everyone was super friendly and we'd work with them all again in a heartbeat.

Luis and all the guys from top like are the best! We have referred them to so many friends and some family members as well. We would absolutely use them again and plan to hopefully later this year!
