Alex and his crew drained plus removed my old leaking Rheem water heater and installed the new one in no time. He also placed a drip pan and new flex hoses for the water in/out. They were very aware of cleaning up afterward, which most repair people do not. Alex is super nice, informative, personable, and trustworthy. He did not up-sell anything that was not necessary to have like most other plumbers will do. He quoted us a very-very fair price for the work done.
