Right Image was attentive, kept a clean work site at the end of every day, and responsive to any concerns I had to assure that the work was done as promised. They even suggested a few additional improvements that they did at no charge. Vladimir and Jackie were easy to work with and coordinated a hassle-free project."

"Recently my dadâ s roof blew off in a windstorm. I told him we needed 3 quotes before deciding on who should repair our roof. We contacted Trusted Home Contractors and they came out the next day to perform a full inspection of the roof and attic area. Their representative, Levi, took great care in explaining the damage to my 94-year-old dad. We know we were not armed with the relevant information to do this ourselves. "From the first day we started dealing with Tamir and the team at Pure Restoration we knew we were going to have a good experience - because he LISTENED. Issues were discussed and laid out before they became actual problems and Tamir's experience helped us to avoid many simple mistakes that are often made by homeowners. All of the work was done professionally. Permits were pulled and inspections were passed. Tamir communicated all of our needs to his subcontractors and our insurance company, and all of the crew working in our home were responsible and had very positive attitudes. Tamir also communicated his needs (code issues, etc.) to us. Throughout the job we all collaborated with a designer whose ideas were embraced by Tamir and his team (which is pretty rare). Progress was made on the job every day - and the workplace was kept clean and protected. We have already referred Tamir to our friends, and, based on having just passed our last inspection, we will continue to do so. Our house looks great and we are very happy."

We knew lee previously because she had done my sisters entire home (gutted the WHOLE thing) and the make-over was completely stunning. We had lee come over for an initial consultation on our project and he already had so many great ideas and recommendations. She helped us expand our space from a galley kitchen to a more modern open look. I had a vision for the kitchen and lee worked with me ensuring I was satisfied. Lee is tirelessly to make sure every fine detail is addressed and on time! If I had any questions regarding our remodel (again this was our first project) she was patient and answered every question thoroughly. We also had a tight budget and he worked closely with us to ensure we were in range and always kept us informed of what was happening. We felt so confident with lee and her team for handling the kitchen remodel that my husband and I left for Italy for 3 weeks. We returned to a brand new kitchen and we couldn’t be more thrilled. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
