"Everything went as planned. Workers arrived on time, were polite and respectful of my home, cleaned up everyday. There was NO post acostic ceiling removal mess for me to clean like EVERYONE told me I would have! They were so meticulous with their taping off and covering that the entire job was painless for me. They worked around my schedule and were reasonable in their pricing. Matt Clark, owner, was easier to work with and cared very much that I was happy with the work. He provided me the name of an electrician(Summit Electric) that was equally as meticulous in his work. I am going to have Matt and his crew return in the future to do additional work for me."

"Amazing, Wonderful, Spectacular! I could not be more pleased with the overall experience. Their quality of work, friendliness and professionalism is what you would expect from any contractor. I had two other quotes but ultimately choose McAndrew Construction for their price and amount of time it would take for completion.  During the estimate, I showed them our needs and the other two contractors said there were many problem areas and that they would have to do the whole wall not just the sections that needed to be done. The "problem areas" were never an issue for McAndrew Construction, they didn't even mention it. One of the contractor estimated 4 days for completion.  The whole job took less than 6 hours for McAndrew Construction to complete.  They arrived before the scheduled time of 8 am and got started right away. The brothers were both extremely professional. Even though I offered snacks, water,  the dining table to eat their lunch, use the bathroom, and listen to music, they kindly declined. They even took phone calls outside. The quality of work is perfect. We had plaster walls and new drywall, with that, the walls are often uneven. That was not a problem for them to even out, while another quote said it would be. All the sections that required smooth texture is perfectly smooth! All the sections that required texture match perfectly! We also had another patch job in our ceiling and parts of the wall that was not part of the initial quote. The brothers were so sweet and generous that they didn't even charge extra. That was the cherry on top. The recommendation after the mud dries is to go back with caulking for clean edges. Even though they gave me two tubes of caulking and gave me a demonstration on how to apply it, I honestly don't think I need it. They did such a good job that the edges already look so clean and crisp. From beginning to end, it was such a pleasant experience. I would highly highly recommend McAndrew Construction for all of your drywall needs. Nobody can beat their price or quality!

room, entry way, and above the stairs. I needed him to patch up and apply
texture coating to the ceilings. I am extremely happy with the results. Lee did

"We needed ceilings smoothed in our 1950s-era home plus interior rooms and exterior trim painted. Ricardo's was the best of several bids for the project; he came out right away when I called to look at the work to be done and e-mailed a detailed, professional proposal (unlike the verbal or just scribbled total cost we got from 2 others!) He listened carefully to what we wanted and made professional recommendations such as the type of paint to best cover our formerly oil-based painted interior trim. He and his friendly, hard-working crew did a beautiful job and were careful about protecting furniture, not letting our dogs get out and cleaning up after each day's work. The man who smoothed our ceilings is an artist! Despite a rain day followed by Santa Ana winds, they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. "Prime Drywall & Design patched a 3? square hole in the ceiling of one of our rooms which was left after remediation was completed in our attic from a pipe leak. Francisco responded to our inquiry & came to our house promptly. He was professional and explained what needed to be done to patch this hole. 2 days later his crew came & did a fine job of covering everything with plastic and then patching the hole. Francisco came the following day and sanded leaving the ceiling ready to paint. I highly recommend Prime Drywall &; Design."
