He walked me through the process and explained all the steps. He was so thoughtful and took the time to show me pictures of what the end product would look like and even utilized resources I already had to cut costs for me as a homeowner. He returned after lunch (as promised) and repaired a 2' drywall tape separation near the top of my vaulted ceiling (about 20' up).
