He was less than the competition and I picked him based on previous reviews. I was not disappointed. His crew was truly awesome. Bill Pinson is a true professional and excellent to work with. I greatly appreciated his willingness to work on my project while I lived 100 miles from it. I literally never met Bill. I received his timely and reasonable bid (compared to others), explained my situation to him and he took several calls from me with questions. he made great recommendations and also worked with my painter. The outcome was great, as was the service.

The first thing we noticed about Bill at Final Touch was his professionalism. Although quotes came in at approximately the same price, we chose Final Touch because we immediately sensed Bill was a pro. He demonstrated this by his attention to detail, like pointing out potential problem areas that others had missed; showing up on time to do the work; and by being able to do other work like painting and electrical. He even worked with us on price, which was nice. Bill's crew were great, cleaned up each day, and delivered a great product for a fair price. Thanks Bill!
