Francis was helpful and knowledgeable with the work needed. He took care of the project with expreme professionalism, did not leave a mess and work was performed on time and communicated. He was able to get the permit and signed off by the city without revisions.

Francis responded to my Angi request immediately. He kept in touch to let me know his schedule and when he was in route. He was able to quickly assess and take care of my electrical issues which involved exterior outlets and switches. I would call on him again for any electrical needs.

I had a chandelier that was very difficult to hang, and many contractors gave me overblown estimates, or told me it was impossible. Francis gave me a price, brought another worker, set up scaffolding, and finished the project in an hour and a half. He will now be my new electrician.

On 9/2/2020 I met with several electricians who were not being honest with their quotes. They were taking one quick look during the estimate, then throwing numbers at me. But not Francis. He took notes with his partner and sent me the estimate that evening. Francis was very professional, honest, and did a quick clean job. He did bathroom vents, smoke detectors, upgraded my panel, and replaced a wire that a mouse chewed. I will be calling him for more projects. He is excellent! Glad I found him! *Addendum to Review I used Francis again on10/9/2020 to put up recessed lighting. He and his partner did a quick, thorough, and clean job. He removed the old fluorescent lighting and truly transformed the look. He worked with me on the types of lighting and what would work best before starting, which I appreciated. He took my choices and ideas into consideration and made this a wonderful experience. I hope to be adding more to this review soon and have already recommended him to others.
