He came to my house and assessed the job, taking all measurements and gaining a complete understanding of what I wanted. He then helped me select just the right gas log set for my fireplace. Outside, I have a firepit that had an old corroded gas line. He suggested a solution for that, too. On installation day Gary showed up on time and had everything he needed. He put down runners and mats everywhere. I couldn't believe how diligent he was about taking care of every detail. I would, without hesitation, recommend Gary at Fireplace Technicians. "It was clean professional and courteous. They were masked and wore booties in my home. In my opinion they went Above and beyond. I didn’t have a clean out. But that didn’t stop them. That took a 100lb unit on the roof to snake a 3” vent pipe. They also cleaned out my small drains at no charge!! I was told by another company that if I didn’t have a clean out they would have to install one. But unclog drain cleaning service went above and beyond!!! And used the roof vent. Highly recommend this company!"

"Love this company! My kitchen sink wasn't draining. Which was a HUGE problem since I was hosting a party that day. It was a Sunday morning so I was extremely worried about not getting someone out. I called first thing in morning and within an hour, I had a knock on my door. My technician was Joshua Williams. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. "I'd been having a problem with the toilet draining in my guest bathroom for a long time.  Soon it became apparent that the sink and tub were also having the same problem---the entire bathroom wasn't draining well.  Multiple plumbing companies had come out and multiple things had been tried, to no lasting avail.  Due to a previous hydroflush and camera I knew there were roots in the line and that was possibly the problem.  So when I saw the 'deal' for $300 for root removal and flushing, I called them out.  They spend quite a bit of time cutting the roots and flushing.  However sadly that didn't fix the problem.  The bathroom in question was at the farthest end of the plumbing line.  So I called them back out.  A different person than the first person came out.  We had to knock a hole in the wall to access the toilet clean out but once that was snaked the toilet worked well.  However then he had to use the sink clean out to help the sink to drain.  Then he tried to snaking the tub, but was unable.  As the tub did drain (even if a bit slow) we decided to leave it at that as it is my guest bath and not much used.  The extra work was $275.  However it has now been over a month and everything is working well.  We are SO pleased to be able to use our toilet again after many months of non-use!  Both of the people who came out were very polite and professional.  I would certainly use this company again.
