"Gary was  prompt and professional for each appointment.  On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services.  The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors.  For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass.  When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed.  My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!!  I'd hire Gary again.

"Sam and Mike remodeled our Laundry room at our house. The room was redesigned from a regular space that we have close to our garage, into a functional laundry room. The work included removing all the existing dry wall, add new plumbing for the machines, and a faucet, iron space, Paint and the washer and dryer (gas). "Jimmy came to the house as scheduled to bid on the job.   It was comforting to get the estimate from the person who would actually be doing the work.  Jimmy was professional, looked at and measured all of the places where he would be working.  We felt good about his knowledge.  He gave us a written estimate in a timely manner.  Attaching the vent hood to the wall and ceiling was relatively easy.  The real work was what was done in the attic, in 100 degree weather.  The first two days, Jimmy had someone to help him.  The last day, he finished up on his own.  During the 2 1/2 days of work, we were kept informed on what was being done, and at the conclusion, he took pictures in the attic of what he had done.  Jim seemed intent on doing things the right way instead of the fast & easy way.  He built all of the needed support structure in the attic and took the time to route the ducting so we could still crawl in the attic if need be.  We thought that to be professional and thoughtful.  All through the installation, Jimmy seemed to do things as he would want them done in his home.  I would definitely recommend him.

"Where the florescent box was located in the ceiling you can see the indentation (not smooth out with the rest of the ceiling as promised).  The recessed lighting looks nice but they had to be told the lighting in the sockets needed to be straighten out.   They tried cleaning the dust off my hardwood floors with a wet cloth causing it to smear.   I  provided  them with a  soft dry  cloth to  clean my hardwood floors (dust).   After they completed the job,  The project manager was contacted because  job related material was not hauled away as promised.   Some material was placed next to my trash can (south side of my house) and the florescent light box was placed on the north side of my residence (out of public view).
