"Eric Young came to my house to provide a quote to replace my furnace. My usual HVAC guy told me it needed to be replaced. While Eric was checking it out I asked if he could troubleshoot it and tell me why it wasn't working. He said for sure. So, I asked him how much. He said $69. I said do it. In less than 5 minutes he found what was wrong and fixed it! Wow. He told me the romex connector on the motherboard (that my HVAC replaced) was installed backwards so there was no power going to the furnace. That saved me thousands of dollars it would have cost had I listened to my HVAC guy! He's not my HVAC anymore. Eric Young is. He was thorough, efficient and pleasant to work with.
