The Customer service Representative was accommodating with my busy schedule and was able to send a Tech out later than usual to meet me right after work which I was so grateful for since My kitten and I have been freezing!! I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional,informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. "1} I needed next day service and I'll Handle It did just that. Fit in my need for new disposal asap.
2} Gave me a time frame and fit my schedule. The next morning he called and said he could get there 15 min early which worked out even better for me.
3}Already had the part/disposal needed...actually a couple to choose from. One that was a directly replacement and another that was an upgrade if I wanted it.  No pressure just had options which was terrific!!
4} Completed job in an hour. Great for a job that is paid hourly!!! 
5} Gave me some great advice on maintenance.
6) Offered me his card and suggestions for future jobs which we will definitely call him on!!
