"GREAT. Dave with a business name of "I'll Handle It" really did handle everything. To begin with, Dave was right on time, he was dressed neatly and had a good appearance. He had all the tools/equipment needed to complete my tiny job. I needed a floating shelf removed and a new one hung and to assemble a book case. After the book case was assembled, I needed 3 more shelves installed in open spaces of the book case. I also needed some 2 shelves installed that would act as support so some of the bookcase shelves wouldn't sag.... Dave was able to do all of my requestes with ease. When he was finished, Dave removed all of the trash. If I need any other items hung or assembled, I will, without a doubt, Call Dave as like his business card and the name of his business say "I'll Handle It". and that is exactly what he does. "HVAC Experts was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and home improvement! I was able to get a quote based on some basic information I gave to Alex which was to be verified onsite if I moved forward. I really did like that since I am a very busy person. The price was very competitive but as we all know that is only one component, its all about the quality of the product and installation. I was able to schedule the installation for a day and time that worked for me and on the day of installation my doorbell rang promptly at 8am. I did notice them parked outside early but I did appreciate them waiting to start exactly as promised. The initial crew were very nice and got to work right away then the company labeled van showed up with my new unit. Alex eventually showed up and did a walk through, I really appreciated him taking off his shoes which shows respect and making sure I was comfortable with the process. He also was very patient with the numerous questions I had and I also did a last minute upgrade to a Nest thermostat which he was able to run out and grab for me with no problem! Glad I did that we love the technology is brings. The removal of the old unit and the install of the new unit with this 4 man crew only took 3 hours and at the end the crew completely cleaned the area and Alex did a final walkthrough making sure I understood how to use the new HVAC unit and thermostat. He also tested the heat and cold and took temperature checks to make sure the output was as expected. We settled on the bill and I got an immediate receipt via email with the details. Top to bottom was very impressed with HVAC Experts a newer company but you can tell they have many years of industry experience! I now have a brand new AC unit and it’s working great!!!"

"Juan has helped us for over 2 years. He is always very prompt, reliable, professional and best of all, he knows his stuff! He has always come same-day for our both heating and air emergencies. We board little and big critters, cats, dogs, lizards, bunnies, birds, you name it and we do not accept them not having the a/c or heat for proper temperature, ventilation and comfort. He has rebuilt our A/C for literally pennies on the dollar helping it last and perform beyond its years and when the time came for a new system (before it went out again and before the sweltering summer), we got a super duper A/C unit at a fantastic price. He gave us new, modern, economical options as well as high performance and low maintenance options and walked us through choosing the right system for us. (Shout out for the Ecobee that I found much easier better for our purposes.) Juan was never hesitant to help when I called many times struggling with the Nest. (I ultimately returned the Nest but it might work great for a lot of other people) Having functioning AC and Heat is vital to our business and Juan is a very reliable piece of that puzzle.
