"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

"I was traveling when my wife and I decided to hire Page Renovations for a complete home renovation, including a dining room, full kitchen, personal library study, and full bathroom remodel. Words cannot describe the level of care which Will and his team exercised in seeing this job through from start to finish. From the very beginning, Will was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making our vision a reality. We went back and forth trying to communicate due to my travel and work schedules, however, that's on me, as Will always made himself available and was ready to go once my wife and I gave him the go ahead to move forward. During the planning phase, Will and his designer worked closely with us to create a beautiful, modern, and functional design that exceeded our expectations. They listened to our needs and preferences and made sure that no detail was overlooked. Will made it a point to be available to answer our questions and address any concerns we had just as he promised during our consult. Unfortunately, we had to overcome some shoddy work done by dishonest contractors before we finally found Will. Fortunately, he offered us two options, a budget friendly option, as well as a high-end option with all the bells and whistles. There was no pressure or petty tricks like the previous contractor, just genuine honesty and integrity at every junction of our exchange. We agreed on a price, design, delivery schedule, deposit, and milestones according to our budget and needs upfront. Will also had professional business software which made payments easy because I was strict about keeping a record of what we paid after getting burned by the first contractor. Throughout the renovation process, the entire Page Renovations team was always professional, respectful, and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship. Will was responsive to any questions or concerns my wife and I had and always kept us informed on the progress and timing of our project. We had no major issues with delays and the job progressed in a timely manner as he originally promised. The end result is simply phenomenal!!! Our new kitchen, dining room, library study, and bathrooms are not only beautiful but also highly functional, with every detail tailored to our needs. Unfortunately, in the middle of our renovation, my wife had surgery, however Will and his team were able to adjust our design and schedule to give her easy accessibility which helped aid in her recovery in the short term and hopefully for the long term. Throughout the construction process, Will and his crew was punctual, respectful, and hardworking. Will personally showed up on the work site to make sure everything progressed on schedule and to double check the quality of his team's work. He was meticulous and always kept the job site clean and organized. Will's attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the renovation, from the custom cabinets and bookshelves, to the tile work in the kitchen, the French double doors, our walk-in shower and tub, vanity, and central fire place. He didn't miss anything! We hope to make memories for many years in this place with our kids and grand children. Overall, I could not be happier with my experience working with Will and his team at Page Renovations.
