"They were going to charge for part of the estimate and so I decided not to use them because of that. The estimate was pretty high. I had the job done and it was probably almost half the price they were going to charge but they were local contractors through a realtor company that I deal with. The sounded like they knew what they were doing, it sounded like they would have done the job pretty nicely but the were rather high plus hey were going to charge for giving me a proper estimate. They couldn't give me a proper estimate because I wouldn't pay the fee for the estimate. It was about 8 to $900."

"I was extremely pleased with Trades Unlimited overall. They showed up on time and finished on time. Their price included replacement of wood on the roof and was a little higher than other companies but I wanted the whole roof, foam and shingles, to be under the warranty with one company. I could not be more pleased with the new roof. The company has been in business, licensed and insured, and shows no complaints with the Registrar of Contractors. I highly recommend them. They may cost a bit more, but they are worth it! "
