"Less than 5 minutes after looking on Home Advisor for a company that could clean our 6-upholstered kitchen chairs, the owner of Golden Touch called me and it was a Sunday! We made an appointment for estimate/cleaning. Owner called twice on day of the appointment to let me know exactly when he would arrive at our home. Despite their dragging in hoses through the house and lots of water being involved, there was absolutely NO mess or drips anywhere. The actual cleaning of the chairs took less than a half hour and, this morning, since they have dried overnight, the upholstery on the chairs looks almost new. (We had used these chairs for 20+ years. They are so comfortable, so I was torn between cleaning and re-upholstering. Decided on cleaning to start since a cheaper and easier process.) The fee for the service was pretty much what Home Advisor had quoted for this type of job. Both workers were pleasant, time-efficient. We will have these chairs cleaned again more regularly now, since we know what the process is--at least with Golden Touch. We would definitely recommend."
