"I believe the gentlemen to whom I spoke with on the phone that Thursday morning (8/1/13) was the owner of the company in question.  He was very professional as well as understanding of my need to get a electrician to my home as soon as possible to complete the installation of the tankless water heater.  I had the dry wall off the area where the water heater was gogin to be mounted on the utility room wall, so a electrician could get to a electrical source to install a new electricial socket.  The gentlemen was on his way into the office, he was on his cell phone when I got a hold of him and he ask if he could call me back as soon as he got into the office.  Around Fifteen (15ea.) minutes later, he did call me back and I explain to him the urgency of having a electrical outlet installed.   He reviewed the schedules of his electricians in the field and noted that he could have someone out to my home by noon on Thursday (8/1/13) morning and the cost would be roughly around $175.00 or less.  Thinking back to this conversation, I realize I had gvien him the "OK" to come to my home, but I don't recall him ever break down that cost of $175.00  or less; did that include the time from the last call to my home or what was their current rate as electricians.  The Two (2ea.) young men as I mention earlier came to the door and introduces themselves and I took them to the utility room where the electrical socket needed to be installed.  The time it took for both of these individuals to completed the the installation was less then Thirty (30ea.) minutes and that's counting from the time they rang my door bell to the time they left my drive way.  After they finished the work, they clean-up the area they work in and then it took them about ten minutes to write-up the bill for their services.  As I noted about the cost for their brief time was $181.88 dollars, their bill didn't break down the parts or labor, basically cover the total cost.
I greatly appreciated their ability to help me out in a jam and when time was critical, but I believe for the short period of time they where at my home or not understanding their cost structure, I believe Day Star Servvice Company, Inc. to be pricey.
