About us

Over 47 years of Electrical Contracting Experience! Award Electric LLC owner Ward Spetnagel became an electrician in Lake County, Illinois in the 80s. He relocated to the Old Pueblo area in 1999. Since moving to Tucson he has worked as a journeyman, foreman, and service manger. Ward became an independent contractor in 2021 and started Award Electric that same year. Not only did he do the job right and efficiently, but knew how to make the most of the space we had. He also did a very professionally precise job which is a complexity of wires running behind walls and through crawl spaces above the ceiling in two different locations. Highly recommend this technician, and will hire again!

Award responded for an estimate in one day. Work was. Done the following week (because I didn’t have my fan yet). Two guys came and work was completed in 2 hours. Clean and fast. I’m very happy with the job and the price. Hope to use them again soon.
