!!! - As a rule, I do not respond to requests for bids if thete is insufficient It's a small operation, but I do this way so I can keep my overhead low, which enables me to start low and stay low when I give my es wetimates. I don't like talking about money and rates and billing hours; I want to tell you the task will take 2 hours snd only bill for one of them.
"Excellent response from first contact all the way thru completing the tasks of: sourcing a new laptop based on my needs, providing me the link to purchase it, came over the day I received it and migrated content from the old laptop to the new. Prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable. Also removed the hard drive from the old model to remove content before disposing of the entire old laptop. Full service! Very reasonable price . All service was provided in my home, I felt totally safe. I was dreading buying a new laptop, Brandon took all the guess work out of it. I highly recommend his services, you'll be very happy with the results."

"Just Don't! I trusted Brain Busboom because I had service done by his grandfather, Joe. Wat was to be a 1 hour in-home cleanup turned into him taking my PC to his shop because he had accidentally deleted the operating commands. It took me 6 calls over 5 days with promises each day he would bring it back. When he did bring it back he said he couldn't get my original 2 TB hard drive to work (it had been working) so he swapped it with a new HD but now I find out it is only a 500 GB hard drive and is almost used up. He will not return my calls."
