Also, Michael called to keep me posted of the timing of his arrival (I had been given a window of time initially) and I also greatly value that. He arrived when he said he would, was courteous, and helpful. Although I did not hire them because the problem was not what I thought it was - Michael helped me understand what was going on and didn't sell me something I didn't need. If I have need for a contractor in the future, I will call Ninja."

"This wasn’t my first phone call. My first phone call I was greeted by a nice and professional receptionist who made an appointment to get a free estimate. When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free. The knowledge shown from the first sentence and I was sold! They were on time and finished the same day as we needed. The job was labor intensive and my appreciation and thanks to the two employees who worked hard and did an absolutely amazing job. I’m sorry I did not take any before and after photos. I will be using this company again!"

"If you're considering a large-scale home improvement project, you'd be smart to hire CactusNectar! During our first meeting with Scott we explained our vision for our new outbuilding, a 900 sq. ft. pottery studio. He was attentive and fully understood the scope of the project. The architectural plans we gave him turned out to be somewhat lacking, but Scott went above and beyond by meeting the staff at the Oro Valley plans and permits office in person, and correcting our plans using his own team. As a home inspector and former contractor myself, Scott and crew valued my inputs and were amazing to work with. Communication was frequent and follow-up was timely, productive and accurate. Big projects never go as planned, and we made Scott's job tougher by throwing several change orders at him - including three different ceiling designs! His team just rolled on, never showed a hint of frustration, and exceeded our expectations for the highest quality construction and fit-and-finish. Contractors always say "customer satisfaction is #1," but many fail to live up to that. Scott and every member of CactusNectar walk the walk and deliver. They truly got everything right, and we couldn't be happier with our beautiful studio. "Both experiences were positive. All workers showed courtesy and respect. All work was professionally done. Each worker made a serious effort to do his work well. Our property was safe. At the end of each day work areas were cleaned prior to workers leaving. Acra's design center was inspiring. I chose to do much of the shopping from it. That extended the project of a kitchen renovation to a whole house experience! With the most recent project the sheet metal backing for a specific door and replacing wood molding meets the need to protect the area from further damage. We were pleased with all aspects of our experience!"

"Mr Lobato promptly responded to the initial call for estimate even though it was a holiday,  but called to postponed by a few hours the appointment to make the actual repairs.  As with many service repair people, time management skills are not a strong point. Being retired and at home a lot, this did not bother me, but might prove problematic for busier homeowners on tight schedules.  
But the attitude and demeanor of Mr. Lobato were first rate.  He carefully explained a range of repairs I might make, which allowed me to make an informed decision.  The actual repair took a short time, and the door works just fine.  I am quite happy with his work and will be calling him again.

"We remodeled our ENTIRE home we bought down to the studs of every room as well as adding almost 400 square feet by expanding master suite and bath and added an additional four car garage. McCaleb was absolutely the best from demo to completion! We were on site through the entire process in our Motorhome, so we saw every detail from start to finish. They were so professional and clean during the whole process. We were expecting this major tear down and rebuild to take MONTHS longer than it took. Everyone that came to look during the build could not believe how clean and organized it was all throughout the build. They were so helpful with recommendations for things our architect hadnâ t even thought of in our design process. I cannot recommend them strong enough for how I feel about my beautiful home now!
