"I contacted the owner, Michael, and he walked me through the process. I had also contacted another vendor, to discuss their procedure as well. I had a couple of other questions for Michael, and he answered my questions. I decided to go with him as he is a licensed HVAC and the techs that would be doing the work were also certified HVAC techs.
