Mike called ahead to confirm on way, showed up on time. Answered all my questions, and cleared up why the DIY is only trouble. His recommendation was the most cost effective, but no pressure.

It was a fairly stress free process. We didnâ t feel pressured to buy a more expensive unit than what we needed.

We had replaced an inefficient 25 year old furnace/AC. Replacement capacity sizing and quality of equipment specifications were explained in easy to follow and knowledgeable detail. Installation took about 4 hours. Highly recommended.

We wanted to air condition our garage workshop. We had several quotes, most did not have a good solution until Mike B from Reliable Air Conditioning quoted a mini stack system. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Within a few days, the crew arrived with all the equipment and by dayâ s end, the workshop was cool. The entire experience from beginning to clean up was awesome. Theyâ ll be our go to for our AC needs!

They definitively deliver the WOW experience. Starting with my initial contact with Jessica and her sincere caring about my family and needs going into the hot summer. The service manager Dave who came out on a Saturday to look at my unit. Great guy, no pressure, went over repair/replace options and made a recommendation. The gentlemen who installed my new unit yesterday I can t say enough. Polite, respectful. Made the experience a pleasure. I will never use any other company.

They were incredibly responsive and very focused on providing excellent customer service! they were very respectful of our desire to stay safe during the pandemic, and always had on masks, gloves, and booties. We ended up getting a great unit at a great price, and a company who is committed to keeping us happy!

Professional in all aspects Update:12/27/2021 Service units were recently installed, which possibly would have been under warranty. Charged $250 per hour. One technician Questioned the charge, but no one ever responded I will not be using their services again.

David did a superb job of installing out new whole house humidifier to even higher standards than the original installation of our old unit by making wiring much safer.

They need people that know how to follow the directions that are given. The installation was to be re-done in a different placement, but it was installed in the same as the old, causing issues for me.

Reliable A/C representative, Chad Hood, was responsive to all of my questions and always on time. The installation crew was experienced and completed the air conditioner installation on the day that it was delivered. They were neat and efficient. I am happy with my choice of air conditioning contractors.

Everything went well and the unit is working great. On time and short down time.
