Gus Hernandez was fantastic. When I told him I am 85 and disabled, he arranged to come first thing the next morning. He arrived on time, after calling to let me know he was on his way. He fixed the problem quickly. He was truly wonderful.

Gus, owner, very accommodating, sent us Tyler, his AC tech within 2 hours of our call. AC went down with outside temp at around 117 and inside heading in that direction. Tyler found the problem quickly, fixed it, explained what went wrong and gave advice on maintenance. Tyler was very friendly and engaged. Knew what he was doing and we are very grateful to Gus and Tyler for saving us from inconvenience and a hotel bill. I would call them in s heartbeat if we ever have a problem again.

I had a quote in a couple oh hours. My service guy pull up and had the furnace and the new air conditioner on it. The only problem I had was getting my water heater lite back up.

Gus responded to my evening online request immediately and was at my home the next morning. He was kind and professional and immediately determined what was wrong. It required that he get a part from the manufacturer and Chuck installed the part that afternoon. Chuck was equally as kind an professional and their price was so reasonable.
