Bruce's Air Conditioning

Dillan at Bruce's Air Conditioning is great! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough when assessing the concern with my air conditioner. Dillan explained the issue to me, offered solutions, and was receptive to my questions. I will be using Bruce Air in the future when I need a service or a new unit installed!

Called the company at about 10:30 and had them on site in less than an hour. Overall job took about 2 hours. Very prompt and courteous. They don't usually do this type of work (completing install of  customer-owned equipment) so they really helped me out of a bind. Would definitely call them again for any AC work!

I could not be happier. I called this morning. Someone called me back within the hour to schedule an appointment this morning. He arrived as promised and on time. He was courteous, professional and did not try to sell me anything. He has been doing this for awhile and it shows. He was here for about an hour and a half, showed me the part he replaced and why and gave a detailed description of the work performed. He also fixed a doorknob on my garage that has been driving me crazy for a week. I finally feel like I can call someone when I have AC issues where I don't feel like I will be sold a and quot;maintenance agreementand quot; or have a 6 or 700 repair. I checked out their reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and the BBB (where they have an A+ rating and positive reviews). Their and quot;Aand quot; reviews are solid - not just As for some things and Cs and Ds on price like you find with some of the other companies. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

They are by far the least expensive of the A/C service providers. They only fix what's broken and don't try to upsell you each visit.

The technician was prompts, knowledgeable and courteous.

The technician came out on the same day we called and quickly determined that the problem was minor and only required cleaning out a float valve that is used to drain the condensed water generated from running the AC. Will definitely use routinely.

Made appointment for tech to come out and fix heating system. tech arrived within 2 hours. Had system fixed within an additional hour. Inspected other components of system and corrected any faults he found. Very professional,prompt and I will use this company again.

He was recommended to me by my friend and he was really awesome. I was taking a second opinion from them for my parents. The first company we called had told us that several things needed to be changed and had quoted about $8000 but he said that it was not necessary and that the system just required a little treating here and there. He was really honest and told us that we didn't really require it at the moment and that we should give them a call if we ever needed to replace anything. My parents were very happy with them. They were very happy with the price too. He made their air conditioner look better and it didn't cost them much. He was very responsive and came out either the same day or the next.

Bob came out as scheduled and was very professional. He asked for details on what was going on with my AC unit and then preformed some diagnostics. He tried several things to make sure he was correct in his diagnosis and then explained it all to me and gave me options to choose from for repair. I went with a new outside unit with a five year warranty for $2000 (this included the labor). He called his installers and they were there within an hour, they installed the unit within an hour of arrival and I was back up and running! I just can't say enough about how trust worthy and professional everyone at Bruce's AC is. I originally called another service provider and they sent a guy that was very condescending to me and tried to bully me into paying $3,000 to replace my compressor. No Way! Thanks to all at Bruce's AC!!

I thought they did a good job. They were very efficient and fast. They did show up on time as well. I was very satisfied with the price for this service as well. I chose them to do this work for me because I had used them before.
