Quick response from the owner who set up the appointment himself. Technician was prompt, knowledgable and friendly. Service was performed to our satisfaction and the cost was reasonable.

Lou contacted me shortly after I entered my info on the Home Advisor site. He came to evaluate the problem the next afternoon, as I was out of town when he contacted me. Lou was able to fix both of my out of service units and restore my air conditioning. My system is 15 - 17 yrs old. When I need a new system I'll contact Lou to hook me up. All Valley Air installed a new heat pump unit to replace our old heating & cooling system at a reasonable cost. Lou & his crew removed the old system in the attic & outside & installed the new unit, all within 6 hours. They were very professional, knowledgeable & answered all our questions. The new unit is working great! Good Job!
