Mark did a great job. He focused on all aspects and had forethought, anticipating all the needs and outcomes before it was too late or would cost me more. He was conscious of cost the whole time and did not go over budget. He communicated well and listened to all my wife and I?s wants and needs. He was good with our changes even after the start of the project. He explained the process and made it clear when things would occur or when things were ?final choice.? He corrected any issues that came up and stays true to his word. He also finished by the deadline which was critical as we were expecting a child. He helped identify pricing options and financing. Mark and his team are A rated.

Tough job. Older home (?92) original owner. Required significant repair, corrective work and redesign. Creative, responsive, excellent subs and patient with new owner. Ran out of budget but will rehire when bank account replenishes.

Mark did an excellent job and finished right on shedule. The city was giving him problems with the permit, so he went to the counter, and left with the permit in hand that day. He started excavation the following day . He was on site almost every day ensuring things went well. He is very knowledgeable. We are happy!
