"Jeff Junk Hauling did an amazing job! Jeff was professional, friendly, and very efficient from start to finish. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and made the whole process of getting rid of unwanted items completely stress-free. Everything was handled carefully, and the area was left clean after the job was done. The pricing was fair and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Jeff Junk Hauling to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy junk removal. I?ll absolutely be using them again in the future!"

"We hired this company to haul out rock and sand from our backyard to improve the drainage of the property after planting some new trees. Even though their business is hauling away stuff, they took on this tough job of digging and leveling about 30 tons of dirt and rock and removing it. Alex and Ben did a fantastic job. They have great communication skills and were always on time. They were equipped with the right tools do do the job properly without any delays. They finished the job on time with a neat layer of 5 tons of rocks. I can highly recommend this company for any project . One of the best companies that we worked with and very reasonable pricing too. Thank you Alex and Ben"

Hauling questions, answered by experts

The average cost of appliance removal is around $75 per appliance, but you could pay anywhere from $25 to $150, depending on a few factors. Some things that have an impact on the cost of appliance removal include the following:

  • Size of your appliance, with larger items costing more to haul away

  • Number of doorways or stairways the removal specialists need to navigate around

  • Distance from a proper dumping site

  • Presence of water lines or gas lines that need to be disconnected during removal

There are several small, inexpensive upgrades you can make to upgrade your basement. Although you still need to adhere to building codes and obtain permits when necessary, you can complete small but mighty tasks like painting the masonry walls and installing entertainment devices to make the space more usable.

Professionals use appropriate equipment to prevent property damage and ensure efficiency.

Demolition is a project that involves heavy machinery, skilled labor, and hazardous waste removal. It can also take multiple weeks to complete. Plus, it’s a dangerous job. The machinery itself costs a lot of money, as does the time of the people who are operating that machinery (and the training they receive to do so safely). Certain hazardous materials, like asbestos, can cost up to $25 per foot for removal.

When it comes to disposing of mattresses, metal, and untreated wood items, these are typically recyclable. In comparison, things like treated wood, chipboard or particleboard, and some types of sofa foam padding aren’t. Older items of furniture also often contain chemicals that are a health hazard. However, it might be possible to break the furniture down and recycle some, if not all, of the pieces. Contact your government trash management division or a local, authorized recycling center for more advice.
