Poor communication, poor follow-through, poor quality product, they provide you more dirt and sand than the actual gravel that you paid for. I paid for 7 tons I was just given 4 a 1/2 approximate, I paid for 1-inch gravel and I receive smaller ones. When I call them they do not answer the call and they did not send me the receipt as promised.
