This quick response is so appreciated, unlike our home warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty arranged a service call with The Sensible Air Conditioning after THREE days regardless we are under 110 Plus hot weather. The Sensible Air Conditioning technician never showed up for the appointment while we took 4 hours time off from work. Once they sent another technician, it was worse. He is so incompetent and useless, He claimed he fixed the AC which he did not.
