ASAP AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING

I wanted to give a big shout-out to ASAP Air Conditioning and Heating. The owner, Wayne, is always so friendly anytime I call. Their call center girl is thorough and makes sure every service is handled from beginning to end from scheduling to making sure the techs arrive on time. Scott, my tech, solved my issue at my rental property THE SAME DAY - they have always been able to accommodate my service needs SAME DAY. My 103 degree rental cooled down just in time for a lease viewing that was to take place the following day. They are the only AC company I've used since they installed my 4-ton Trane (10 yr warranty) and their ethics, service providers, professionalism, and expertise is top notch. Highly recommend.

They came quickly and reviewed the entire problem. The old unit was over 20 years old and not worth the price to fix. The new unit is more efficient and much quieter. They were recommended by a friend who live in the Gilbert area all his life. Good experience.

They charged me $650. I said there had to be some kind of mistake. Then they said because I was a customer of theirs and a senior citizen, they would only charge me $450. I didn't want water damage, so I told them to just do it. They didn't clean anything except for the condensation hose. I tried calling them, and they never called back. They were only there for 13 minutes. After two months, they answered the Attorney General and said they were there for an hour and cleaned everything. They said that if I didn't want them to do the job, I should've called another company. They said in the letter that I didn't deserve any compensation and that it was a fair price. I think that it's absolutely excessive.

THE EMPLOYEE SAID HIS COMPANY WOULD CHARGE $660 FOR THE FAN THAT NIGHT TO INSTALL (IT WAS 100 DEGREES STILL AT 10:15 PM). WE TOLD HIM THAT WAS OUTRAGEOUS AND WE WOULD NOT PAY HIM. HE THEN HIT US WITH A BILL FOR THE DIAGNOSIS AND TAKING THE OLD FAN MOTOR OFF. THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL!!

WE HAVE TO INSPECT TO EVEN SEE IF THEY AT LEAST PUT THE FREON IN. THEY WANTED US TO BUY A FIVE YEAR CONTRACT FOR $400($80/YR.)

IN FALL OF 2005, WE WILL SIGN THEM UP FOR ANOTHER ANNUAL CONTRACT. THEY WILL CHECK THE AIR CONDITIONER IN SPRING OF 2005.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING. SYSTEM HAS A LASTING EFFECT. I WOULDN'T HIRE ANYONE ELSE.

THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY, EPECIALLY IN THE FIRST INSTANCE, WHEN MUCH OF ONE ROOM WAS RIPPED UP FOR WATER DAMAGE REPAIRS. WORKED VERY WELL WITH ANOTHER CLEANUP COMPANY WE HAD ONSITE TO GET THE WORK COMPLETED. THEY ALSO PROVIDED QUICK SERVICE WHEN THE A/C UNIT FAILED TWO MONTHS PROVIDED EARLIER.
