"So we've been hearing some strange noise when we either turn on and off a faucet or at the end cycle of a toilet tank fill. Called for an appointment and set up an appointment for the next day. Mark Bernett arrived right on time. He was very professional and explained all the possibilities. It turned out to be a bad pressure reducing valve. When I asked when they could replace it, Mark said the same day. They did the work and checked everything inside and outside. He even changed out the hot water valve so it would drain more quickly when we do the required draining. This is the second time we've used Mr Rooter and have been very please both times."

"Brad and his people did a nice job on what turned out to be a bigger, more time consuming project than he estimated.  The job was to clean up the woodlands on a 1 acre lot (tree and shrub removal and general trimming).  The overall results met expectations, however I could not rate them higher due to the big miss that was made in estimating the job.  The owner has a great deal of experience in the business so I did not expect him to underestimate the time required to do the job by 40%.  We paid a per diem, so the cost was 40% more than estimated.  When someone with his experience tells me with "high confidence" that a job can get done in 3 days I do not expect it to turn into 5 days.  In retrospect I would get a firm quote from them.
